Celebrating women everyday all day, but today we are reminded that even when we doubt ourselves, feel too drained and overwhelmed we overcome and keep moving forward and that is resiliency and strength that comes in differently for each one of us. So take extra time today to love yourself a little more than usual! Continue to empower other women and fixing their crown because you never know when you might need help fixing yours.

Toxic work culture? Did you know that working in a toxic work environment rewires the brain and it changes how you see yourself? 

This is a real psychological pattern called "learned helplessness"—a condition discovered by psychologist Martin Seligman, where repeated exposure to uncontrollable stress leads people to expect failure, even in safe environments (1972).
