Meditation is often understood as a way to listen to God, a practice of quiet contemplation where one focuses on God’s word and presence to hear a response. This view contrasts with prayer, which is seen as talking to God, and considers meditation a way to tune into a divine voice amid life’s distractions.

& Dhyan (meditation) can be more effective when one is master of Dharna(concentration).
