Even when parents have a Special Needs Trust and a Will in place, they desperately want to outlive their child with by at least one day. Why? Because they are worried about the quality of care their loved one will receive after they die. It’s an awful fear to live with. 😔
👉 This is why TACA strives to help families improve their child’s health and develop skills so that they can become as independent as possible. Independence improves quality of life - not only for the person with autism, but for the entire family as well.
