Michael Lasser, MD Dr. Michael S Lasser is the Medical Director of Robotic Surgery at JFK Medical Center.

He practices Urologic Surgery and completed additional training in Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery and Robotic Surgery practicing in New Jersey Dr. Lasser trained at Brown University for his general surgery internship and residency in urologic surgery. In addition he has completed additional training in a fellowship for robotic urologic surgery, laparoscopy (minimally invasive urologic surgery

), and endourology (kidney stone disease treatment) in New York City. Dr. Lasser has written chapters in urologic textbooks as well as published online. He has presented multiple papers and abstracts at both regional and international meetings of the American Urological Association, the World Congress of Endourology and Shock Wave Lithotripsy, and the Minimally Invasive Robotic Association. Additionally he has published papers on the complications of urologic surgery, robotic surgery, and the treatment of kidney cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney stones. In addition to robotic surgery, Dr. Lasser is well trained in all aspects of urology including the treatment of kidney stones, laparoscopic surgery, BPH, erectile dysfunction, bladder cancer, and performs the no-cut vasectomy technique through a single incision.
