We are a small community-based internal medicine practice. We pride ourselves in providing high quality care to adults ages 18 and older.

We do not operate as a urgent care center to ensure our established patients have top priority.

**Important update**
Patients will be receiving a letter via email or regular mail soon.

In the coming weeks, our doctors’ office will be transitioning away from Liberty Doctors and will become a fully independent medical practice, called Edisto Medicine. While our administrative structure is changing, we want to reassure you that the care you know and trust will remain exactly the same.
You will continue to see the same providers, receive the same high-quality services, and we will continue to accept all the same insurance plans. There will be no disruption to your care, appointments, or access to our office. Our goal is for this transition to be completely seamless—so seamless, in fact, that you may not notice any change at all.
This step allows us to operate independently while maintaining our commitment to personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive care for our patients.

Just a reminder to our patients, that we will be closed Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial day! We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th. We hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend!

As the Summer months approach, we would like to remind everyone that we are not an Urgent Care Center. We are committed to providing our established patients with ongoing top priority care! With this comes the ability to see all our patients in a timely manner and meet all the needs that they might have.
Please understand that if we are not your primary care physician you will only be seen if our schedule permits time. We thank all of our patients for supporting us and we hope everyone has a safe and fun Summer.
