I hope everyone has an amazing weekend !!
I wanted to bring something to your attention.
First I would like to say thank you to all our patients !!
Present, future, and past !
BUT there is one thing we need to talk about !!!
NO SHOWS AND NO CALLS !!
We have a ton of those.
We understand life gets busy, but a quick call or text to let us know is all we need.
Let me give you an example!
We are completely booked this weekend that we have to tell people no !! People who are gonna show up!!
Then we have multiple people no show no call.
It’s super frustrating and I have been trying to avoid charging a fee, but it’s getting so bad I’m gonna have to put a rule in place unless we can come up with a better solution.
So please know I completely understand life gets busy, but a quick text or call would be super appreciated so I don’t have to start saving credit cards when booking.
I don’t want to do that, but it’s becoming a problem.
I know you sent a text out today so just send us one too!!
