"Speak Divine" Discipline Session 1

Hello everyone and Welcome! This is our first lesson with "Speak Divine", I would like to apologize for not having a video posted yesterday,there were some technical problems so I wrote it out for you.

First thing first "I AM NOT A THERAPIST" anything I say or talk about is through experience, these sessions are solely for the purpose of building community and talking about issues or situation we may all face from time to time.
