How is your Fitness Plan? 💪🏼
Having a planned fitness regimen can be really beneficial to your overall health.
But Where do you even start??
Think about your fitness goals and why you want to start them. Are they for training for an upcoming event, is it for weight loss, etc.
When you figure out where you want you fitness plan to go to it helps figure out what plan you are going to start and what you are going to need.
Start your routine and go slow with it. Don’t go to 5 classes a day. Your body isn’t used to a routine of fitness so if you go too fast it can lead to injury or burnout. Start to build that routine you have set. And once you do mix it up sometimes.
Do something different once in a while. Routine can be good but sometimes it’s good to let you body breathe and have fun with something else.
