From energy levels to mood and metabolism, balanced hormones keep our bodies running smoothly.

Many things can influence our hormones — genetic factors, age, and diet are just a few. As we get older, our hormone levels can shift in ways that affect how we feel every day, especially if we’re genetically predisposed. Avoiding foods that might disrupt the endocrine system (like those high in microplastics) is a simple way to help support long-term balance.

If you’re struggling with symptoms related to hormone imbalances, The Fatigue Center offers hormone replacement therapy and other personalized treatments: https://www.fatiguecenter.com/services

Dr. Robert Spencer understands fatigue because he’s lived it.

In 2014, he began feeling deeply exhausted every day. After months of searching, he was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, along with vitamin deficiencies and food sensitivities.

His recovery took time, but it also gave him a mission: to help others find real answers by opening The Fatigue Center.

If you're struggling, relief is possible. 💙

This is our patient Janet's transformative story:

"When I first started seeing Dr. Spencer, I was in horrible health. I had been dealing with autoimmune, hormone imbalances, and debilitating fatigue. Dr. Spencer really took the time to listen to my concerns and put together a personalized regimen. I'm so glad I made the decision to go in for a consultation!

While I can't get back the last 25 years of my life, I am able to move forward in life with an extra pep in my step. My future is looking bright! I can not thank Dr. Spencer and his amazing staff enough. Not only are they professional, but they are all so very kind and supportive."

Fatigue is more than just feeling tired.

It can quietly affect how you think, work, and even how you feel about yourself. You might dismiss yourself as "lazy" or try to power through those persistent afternoon slumps with caffeine as a crutch. Recognizing these common signs is the first step toward better energy and health.

You don't have to accept exhaustion as normal or permanent. If you’re ready to learn more about what’s behind your fatigue, we’re here to help.

Tick-borne illnesses are more common than many people realize, and their symptoms can linger long after the bite.

Conditions like Alpha-gal syndrome and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever can affect energy, digestion, and immune response. These illnesses are often overlooked or misdiagnosed, especially when symptoms show up slowly.

We take a thorough approach to uncovering and treating underlying causes like these. If you think something deeper might be going on, start by filling out our new patient paperwork at https://www.fatiguecenter.com/contact. Then, call to schedule your appointment.
