I have been so blessed to have these Christ driven women in my life, and I want to celebrate and thank them on International Women's Day. Love you all!

It is mind boggling looking at neck X-rays today compared to the images we would see 12 years ago in practice. Our natural cervical curves are disappearing by the year, replaced with reverse abnormal curves and neck issues. The constant looking down at a phone or iPad can create an anatomical change that creates issues, not only in the neck. ​​​​​​​​
Be sure to be conscious of keeping those shoulders and chin back. Make sure your babies aren't looking down at the iPads. Prop them up, create a natural position. We don't want to start the trend any earlier for them.
