They are both Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and have an emphasis on prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care. The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that focuses on proper motion of the pelvis and balance in the muscles and ligaments in that area, which is vital especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Our baby is here!
And it’s a 💖GIRL💖

Selah Grace was born in a beautiful cesarean birth Monday morning.
6lbs 1oz and 19” long.

Mom and baby are doing well!
Selah needed to come earlier (35 weeks) than she would have chosen because of the placenta previa, so her lungs need some extra support and she’s in the NICU receiving amazing care as she grows and gets stronger.

The name “Selah” means to pause and reflect. We chose this name for our rainbow baby, not knowing that this pregnancy, birth, and even postpartum would be experience after experience that caused us to pause… and when we reflect back, see God’s goodness, love and faithfulness in our lives.

There’s so much more to her story to share, but for now we’re focusing on Selah growing and getting stronger so she can come home to four very excited big sisters.🥰

We’ve rearranged a little in the clinic, because life has called for some adjustments to our plans.

If you’re on our newsletter list, there’s an email in your inbox with an update from Dr. Josiah. 💌

The short version is that she is on modified bed rest for the rest of her pregnancy, and will only be seeing babes under the age of 2 - everyone else now has the opportunity to see Dr. Josiah’s favorite chiropractor, Dr. Daniel!🙋🏻‍♂️

She and baby are well.❤️

This morning we got to spend some time with some awesome pregnant mamas and dads who wanted to be equipped with more skills going into birth, so they took our Labor Prep Workshop.

It’s one thing to read about techniques, and another to actually do them, which is a big part of why we started this class 8 years ago.

Bottom line: you can’t be too educated or prepared about birth, and your options.
Even if it’s not your first baby, or you feel like it doesn’t matter how it all plays out as long as you and baby are good… invest in yourself, in your knowledge, in learning skills, in some type of class so you are able to make informed decisions as you navigate the unknown that is labor and birth.❤️
