We would like to provide reassurance that Venerate's commitment to quality care, including infection prevention which assures we minimize the risks of disease transmission as seen in viruses like COVID-19. We emphasize the need for workplace safety and monitor our success with an established safety committee to best identify, resolve, and prevent potential hazards.

Additionally, client and employee safety are taken seriously at Venerate as evidenced by our recruitment, hiring, and caregiver training processes. Ongoing professional staff training is stringent to maintain the highest client and employee safety. This training includes, but is not limited to, several learning modules related to infection control (IC), proper hand washing, cough, and cold etiquette. As a best practice, we follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
