Most people think massage only happens face-down or face-up—but sometimes the most relaxing and effective work is done while you’re on your side, supported with soft pillows. My goals are always comfort, safety, and access and this is a great option for those who are unsure about laying on their back or stomach.

I’m always looking for ways to make your time on my table even more restorative. This year, I’ll be learning facial yoga & reflexology PLUS adding more advanced cupping techniques to my toolbox.

With these exciting updates and to reflect the care and time I put into every session, my massage session rates will increase by $30 starting August 14th. If you already have an August appointment with me the original price will be applied to that appointment.
