Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking an Administrative Personnel member to support our growing Edmond office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Credentialing new therapists
- Assisting with billing and accounts receivable
- Submitting authorizations
- Reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Calling insurance companies
-Problem solving skills
-Communicating with parents

Requirements:
- Job-related experience is a must
- Associate's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills
-Preferred to have medical insurance experience

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
