💙Reset your circadian rhythm.
Get your body’s clock back on track by waking up with the sun.
When you expose yourself to sunlight early in the day, your body will produce serotonin for a longer period of time.
Give this a try for two weeks and see if you notice a difference.
💙Stretch when you wake up.
Now that you’re getting up with the sun, do some light stretches in the morning to help your body wake up.
Stretching can help get your circulation going, reduce muscle tension that may have happened during sleep, and relieve stiffness.
