Getting older is a privilege, getting stronger is a choice -

How are you doing this week?

I’ve been in a slump the past six weeks. Illness. Ridiculously cold weather. Skipping workouts to sleep in.

I’ll be honest — it’s hard. I hate the feeling of “starting over.”

But this isn’t starting over.
It’s coming back.
It’s pressing play after a pause.

We all have these seasons. They don’t define you.

It’s not about the slump.
It’s not about what’s been missed.
It’s about getting back to it.

So give yourself grace… then press play and get back into it.

This podcast started as a small step of curiosity, and I wasnt sure how far it would go. It's grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I’m excited for what’s ahead — more honest conversations, more depth, more space to slow down and reflect together.
