Happy St. Patrick's Day! The retreat will be here before you know it.🙂 But for now, enjoy one of the beautiful sunsets from the ranch!

A few days before the retreat I will send an email with final details (directions, gate code, etc.) I will include our phone numbers in case you have any trouble or need to get in touch with us!

Good morning ladies! We are a little over 5 weeks away from the retreat. We have 2 spots left so if you were thinking about signing up, now is the time!

I am visiting the ranch for a couple of days and things are slowly beginning to green up. It's a rainy morning but it hasn't deterred the wildlife from their morning meal!

Join us for a weekend yoga and fellowship...no wifi, no streaming services. Just a peaceful weekend!

Hey everyone! Our retreat (ladies only🙂) is about 7 weeks away. Just a reminder that the initial deposit is due by March 15th and the final balance is due by April 5th.

We will have a great time and you will most likely see some wildlife as pictured below. Barbara Krapff and I look forward to spending a weekend of yoga, relaxation and fun with all of you!

Hey ladies! It’s about time for our Spring retreat. Join us for restorative, flow and myofascial release. 2026 spring retreat will be held at Jennifers family's ranch in Mounds, OK. 9:00am Morning Yoga Flow
10:30am Oils Class Face oil& Mermaid hair
12:30pm Lunch
3:00pm **Optional - Head into Tulsa for shopping and dinner
8:00pm Restorative Yoga
9:00pm Free Time/Bedtime 😊
