Due to Covid-19 crisis, we are moving to full telemedicine mode of service.
- All pain intervention procedures will be postponed till further notice (except for intrathecal pump refills)
- Every telemedicine appointment has three components. You DO NOT need to initiate or start anything on your own, just answer your phone when we call you:
A. The receptionist will call you on your appointment day, to update demographic/ insurance information.
B. A nursing staff will call you to update general medical information.
C. Then, you will receive a text message, from our office, with a secure, HIPPA-compliant link, to connect with the physician. Just hit on the link, add your name and then accept to activate the camera and the microphone, and you will be connected with the physician.
