It's Clubhouse Movement Celebration Week 2026! Together we are celebrating the power of the Clubhouse movement through the voices of Clubhouse colleagues all over the world! Nadine shares why Oasis Clubhouse has been so impactful in her life:

"I am grateful to belong to Oasis. They give me a place to belong and have purpose. My diagnosis only matters to qualify to be here, but it does not keep me from participating. Oasis Clubhouse gives me a place to belong and use my talents to help others and help Oasis grow."

We had some plumbing issues last week and were not able to meet in our building. We had to get creative in our ways to stay connected. Staff were able to make some lunches from home and deliver to members!

Today kicks off Clubhouse Movement Celebration Week 2026! Together we are celebrating the power of the Clubhouse movement through the voices of Clubhouse colleagues all over the world! Amy shares why Oasis Clubhouse has been so impactful in her life:

"Before coming to Oasis Clubhouse, I spent much of my time alone. I attended a weekly Bible study and volunteered weekly at the Edmond Senior Center. I knew I needed more social interaction than these activities provided. I heard about Oasis through Edmond Life and Leisure newspaper. I immediately submitted my application, and my life has been 100% more fulfilling since then. I thrive on routine and structure and Oasis provides that. We are one big Ohana (chosen family in Hawaiian). I like working at the snack bar, doing data entry, laundry and community outreach. I have made several friends and have found the support and acceptance that I so desperately needed. "
