Yesterday Care Center Southwest we had a fabulous time earning coins and shopping for goodies at our indoor Farmers Market 🍌 A fun time was had by all and who doesn’t like a little shopping therapy! 🛒

Where are those Emerald Hospice “fans” at?

We had a wonderful time at the Saint Francis Health Fair yesterday! One of our amazing community liaisons Shartese Lang-McHenry was on-site connecting with the community, sharing our mission of compassionate care, and providing information about the services we offer.

Thank you to Saint Francis for hosting such a meaningful event and allowing us to be part of it. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to support and engage with our local healthcare partners. 💚
