Katrina Klohn MA, LPC, PMH-C

As a seasoned therapist of 20 years, my experience has allowed me to work in various facets of mental health, including home-based therapy, residential care, school, inpatient and an outpatient clinic setting. I have treated all ages, from little ones to geriatric adults. For over the past decade, my treatment focus has been working with marginalized communities dealing with significant trauma and chronic health issues. I believe there is no problem that is too big or too insignificant, that therapy can’t help.
I prefer to use an eclectic approach to treating clients due to my belief that there is not one approach that will fit everyone, however; I do particularly find Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based and Mindfulness approaches most useful in my work. I also recognize the significance of the therapeutic rapport and cannot overstate the value of this relationship as a catalyst to therapeutic progress. I am very conscious of the fact that trust takes time and until that trust is established, lasting progress does not typically happen.
I also respect the client as the expert of their lives and lived experiences. True to most humans, there are times those experiences leave us feeling paralyzed, stuck and unable to function at our fullest potential. I view my role in therapy as a collaborator, here to help the client connect the dots and adjust the lens through which they see the world, to one that highlights problems as solvable, change as achievable, hope as obtainable and peace within reach.

WELCOME Alyssa Ringgenberg LCSW

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My office provides a safe space where clients can sit with and process through uncomfortable thoughts and feelings within a judgement-free environment. I want to help you become the best version of yourself, starting with the strengths you already have and building upon a foundation for your future. Utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, I assist clients in developing positive strategies to assist them with navigating trauma recovery, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, challenging negative thinking patterns, and improving their communication and relationships with others in their environments. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Seeking Safety intervention (adults & teens), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strength at Home intervention (IPV/DV-specific). I have extensive training in the following interventions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Play Therapy.

Areas of Practice: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Divorce, Family Conflict, Self-Esteem, School Problems, Peer Relationship Issues, Adjustment Challenges, Impulse Control Issues, Domestic Violence, Relationship Issues, Abuse/Neglect, Adoption Issues, and PTSD.

Lisa Jacobson, MSW, LCSW
Throughout our lives we will have moments of struggle and feel like it’s too much to handle alone. Together we will make a plan to empower you to find healing and reach your specific goals. I provide a safe space with support and guidance to enhance well-being, improve relationships, and grow into your true authentic self. Therapy is a collaborative process and I truly believe in the strength and perseverance of every person I see.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and women. I use traditional methods of talk therapy as well as play therapy and sand tray therapy to address emotional and behavioral issues. This includes anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life stress, and trauma. Children express themselves best using play and it helps them process their thoughts and feelings. I provide play therapy for ages 4 and up, in person only. Telehealth is available for teens and adults.
Asking for help feels hard but can have a big impact on the rest of your life. Take that next step and contact me today. Call, email, or text to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or schedule an appointment.

Jonathan Reynolds, LMFT

Sometimes we find ourselves in challenging life situations that require us to seek out someone to partner with us in our pursuit of growth and healing. In therapy, I will walk alongside you to discuss goals, possible treatment outcomes, and a treatment plan to help you make desired changes and find the healing you seek. My approach is designed to help teenagers, couples, families and individuals alter their behaviors and experiences through scientifically proven methods grounded in the power of relationship and the brain's ability to restructure itself.
I have completed training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, an approach purposed towards helping individuals process past trauma and wounds, both level 1 and 2 clinical trainings in Gottman method couples therapy, and prepare/enrich facilitator training.
