I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with a passion for nutrition and patient empowerment. I believe that the human body is immensely capable of healing itself from physical and emotional trauma when given the proper tools, and I believe that sharing our stories of healing with one another adds an extra layer of depth to recovery. Gan Mao Ling - for sore throat from allergy drainage (or any other sore throat condition - strep, etc)

Magnolia Clear Sinus - great when there’s lots of drainage from sinuses and swimmy-head sensation from congestion

Xanthium Relieve Surface - itchiness, runny eyes and nose, red eyes, aches

Pueraria Clear Sinus - for when allergies start to turn to sinus infection; yellow mucous etc
