The power of the Deep Plane. 📸

When a patient has lacked chin and neck definition since they can remember, “tightening” isn’t the answer—repositioning is.

For this 44-year-old nurse, we utilized the Deep Plane technique to lift the underlying muscle and fascia, creating a more crisp, defined jawline that she never had naturally. We paired this with Autologous Fat Grafting to restore youthful volume in the mid-face and under eyes. As promised, here are the results for our patient from yesterday’s reel. Her case was significantly complex, with a saddle nose deformity requiring a rib cartilage reconstruction.

She had trauma in her teens with resulting collapse and a severely deviated septum that obstructed her breathing. This left her with absolutely no tip support. Her biggest cosmetic concern was the dorsal hump on her profile.

Our priority was always function, and not only did we restore her breathing but also gave her a stable, balanced, feminine profile. We were able to rebuild her nasal structure and smooth out the dorsal hump for a natural result.

At 3 months out she still has swelling, but already looks fabulous and will continue to gain more definition. Honored she would allow us to share her journey.
