What if relaxation had its own equation? 🤔
Because sometimes, 8 hours of sleep just doesn’t cut it. You wake up stiff, sore, or still stressed - sound familiar?
That’s because sleep helps your mind rest, but massage helps your *body* reset. One hour on the table can do what even the best nap can’t - release tension, slow your breathing, and tell your nervous system it’s safe to relax.
That’s what I call 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒉:
💤 8 hours of sleep ≠ relaxed muscles
💆♀️ 1 hour of massage = full body tension melt
