Here are 5 positive outcomes of good nutrition:
1. Maintaining normal body function
Body function includes everything from the regulation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels, the ability to learn new information, and stabilizing pH levels in your body.
2. Maintaining a healthy weight
Well, if the vanity issue isn't enough for you, maintaining a healthy weight will also help you avoid diabetes and heart disease!
3. Preventing disease
Do you want to avoid getting cancer, Crohn's disease, parasitic invasions, and bacterial infections? That's what I thought...
4. Making healthy babies ๐Ÿ™‚
If you want to have healthy children then you should be very careful with your nutrition as well! Healthy babies come from healthy mothers and nutritious-conscious pregnancies.
5. Reducing stress
By maintaining a healthy diet you will increase your immune system and therefore make it easier for your body to fight off stress by creating coping strategies.
