Crystal Falls Adult Home Family Home Our home is a Washington Licensed adult family home that provides a caring and loving environment for up to six residents.

We invite you to either email or call us to discuss your current situation. We treat all initial calls professionally and with respect. No two situations are identical, and we recognize that. Tracy and Ayda are both expert care managers with over 12 year’s combined experience in the field. They will listen to you, they will evaluate your current needs and goals and will help you determine whether our services are the right fit for you or your loved one. We believe that honesty is the best policy so if we believe that there may be conflicts or issues we will let you know up front, we will discuss the issues that most concern you and provide you with advice about alternatives and resources available. However, if we feel that it is a great fit for everyone then we will arrange for an initial assessment that can take place within as little as 24 hours.

Whether you are looking for a place for yourself, a friend, a relative or parents, Crystal Falls should be on your short list. Our goal is to keep residents as independent as possible, both cognitively and physically, and we feel that an active, social and lively environment is the best way to meet resident’s care needs. Our park like setting provides ample opportunities for strolls around our 1000 square foot deck, exercise at our fully covered outside workout center, walks along our creek as you enjoy the change of seasons, spectacular and peaceful views of our pond and local ducks as they play in the pond and raise their ducklings, and amazingly relaxing moments with our two crystal falls. Our home is surrounded by nature and provides many opportunities for our residents to connect to all of the wonders that our local environment offers.
