Southbrooke Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Southbrooke Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

We are so thankful we were able to celebrate this incredible milestone with you this week. A century of memories, love, and blessings—what a joy to honor you! 💕

What an amazing day we had teaming up with Crown Hospice to host Bingo at The Flower Bed! We served up lunch, enjoyed fun games and prizes, and gave away 30 pies just in time for Thanksgiving. 🦃 🥧

Plus, the lucky winner of Blackout walked away with a beautiful fall-themed gift basket! 🎁💛 Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and gratitude. We’re already looking forward to next year.
