If you are interested in the fall certification phlebotomy program, here are the requirements:

Registration will open up Sunday 7/13/25. You MUST schedule an appointment to register.

Cost: $1000. ($350 of it due at registration to hold your spot and is non-refundable)
Remaining fee can be made in 2 payments.
Must be at least 18yo
Must have health insurance
Must have current vaccinations
Must have reliable transportation
Must have access to pc for virtual classes.
Program is 16 weeks long, 13 weeks of classroom MWF 6p - 9p
3 weeks of clinical rotation M-F 8a-5p
