β’ Mondays: 1000β1100 (Energy Balance β Action Plan)
β’ Tuesdays: 1300β1400 (Weight loss diets & optimizing sleep)
β’ Thursdays: 1300β1400 (Sports nutrition)
β’ Fridays: 1000β1100 (Stress & food β preparing for the future)
