HEADS UP! Cancellation Policy Update - Now 48 Hours

Effective immediately : cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

We’re SORRY 😣 we really do not want to have to put this into effect, but last minute cancellations can be difficult for us to fill and often leave us with hours of wasted time 😣. That being said, we understand emergency situations and illnesses do occur and we will take these situations into account on a case-by-case basis.

Text message reminders will continue to go out at time of booking, 48 hours prior and 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
