Look who recently joined the line-up at the Inner Power Yoga Revival!

Rachel says: "I fell in love with yoga in the early 2000’s, although exposed to yoga in the 90’s as a way to heal from an eating disorder. (I thought yoga was weird)! But when I stepped on my mat, I felt like I was born again into a new body, a clear mind, a calm heart, a connection to not only myself, but also with God. The yoga mat became like a cathedral for my inner Catholic little girl, mountain pose became the steeple, camel became the pew, and child pose became my body prayer."

Rachel is an Inner Power Yoga teacher, certified at the 500-hour level. She inspires people of all ages to know peace, and encouragement through yoga and mindfulness.

It can get lost.
You have dreams, ideas and intentions. Your dream visions come from your heart. They are born from your deepest desire. But, in the course of life, your deepest desire can get a little fuzzy. What are you creating with this one miraculous life? What are you manifesting right now? What legacy will you leave behind?

It was August, seven years ago, when Georgina and Julia opened Mountain Soul Yoga in Edwards Corner. Since then the studio has taken many incarnations, in response to the evolution of our community. At every turn, people made the magic of Mountain Soul. People like you.

We are especially grateful to all the teachers, members, and those of you who just dropped in from time to time. You made Mountain Soul Yoga a community space with creativity and heart.

August will be our final month in the Edwards Corner location. As we patiently explore other options for our Mountain Soul community space, we will be looking for ways to stay connected with you.
