You're invited! Please join us for our February Thrive & Shine event, “A Whole-Person Approach to Managing Mio-Fascial Pain" on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 4:30 to 6 PM.

About the event:
We all must deal with pain, but not all pain symptoms are equal, especially those associated with our activities of daily living. Join us as we deep-dive into myofascial pain syndrome, also known as trigger points. Trigger points are discrete, focal, hyperirritable, and palpable spots located in a taut band of skeletal muscle. They produce pain locally and in a referred pattern and often accompany chronic musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Aubrey Fulton, APRN-C, Dmin, MSN, and Britten Grayden, LMHC, MCAP, are honored to host the next event in our Thrive & Shine series at APN Naples: 1441 Ridge Street, Naples, FL 34103.

Our first Thrive & Shine event at APN Naples was a huge success!

We want to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Kathryn Tapper (Dr. KTap) and the AuVan Clinic-Health & Wellness Group for partnering with us for this event! We're so fortunate to be part of the Naples community and to work alongside such dedicated professionals.

Dr. KTap and APN Naples Clinic Manager and Primary Therapist, Britten Grayden, led a conversation on "Transitioning into 2025 with a Mindful Approach to Managing Life's Challenges." Here's what some of our participants had to say about the event:
