Did you know?

This simple flower essence helps ease the negative effects of trauma and traumatic events?

One of my favorite uses is before bed when obsessive thoughts prevent falling or staying asleep.

Star of Bethlehem is a remarkably effect plant medicine.

It does contain a small amount of alcohol in its preparation, so it is not always suitable for those in recovery.

As of October 1, 2019, the office has a new location!

1 building to the west, 1st & Main.
If you enter the hallway between Juniper and Main St. Grille, take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. We are on the west side of the building.

Hope to see you after Monday, October 7th, as we are busy getting everything in place.

Kellie, Maggie (Office Manager and Polish Ninja!) and Alicia look forward to taking care of you from this new beautiful location!

'The importance of touch in a baby’s development cannot be overstated, and the latest research suggests that holding your baby is more crucial to brain development than previously assumed.'

So snuggle away!

New research suggests that holding your baby as much as possible can help contribute to brain development. So feel free to cuddle as much as you want!
