For some reason after any schedule change or life shift I need some stillness.
My routines stop..
After the sale of my house and moving in October I feel like I’m JUST starting to get things back on track.
Remover that 10% better is still BETTER!
Physical fitness only comes after being properly hydrated and a good night sleep.
That’s life with living healthy Hashimoto’s.
Kick ass in anyway you can.
If that’s a bomb add nap, the kind where you drool on your pillow…then you kicked ass!!!!

Because most packaged nut mixes have harmful inflammatory oils I make my own.
The only prep needed is loosely chopping the walnuts, Brazil nuts and dates!
Then you throw it in a bowl and salt as desired.
Ingredients all from Trader Joe’s!

While shopping for a gift/browsing Instagram, I came across a company local to me in Scottsdale, IN.
They create sustainable toxic free soaps from lard of pasture raised animals!!
Many years ago during my vegetarian years I would NEVER!
But now I know the benefit of animal products and how to respect and honor them.
I ordered the coffee scrub bar from for myself and a few gifts for others.

Recently during the sale process of my home it came to my understanding that there was a carbon monoxide leak in my house!
It had been there for months! Since early spring… I figured out how it happened.
For the last few weeks I have thought a LOT about this.
I am SO thankful to not be dead but more importantly that it was found before I got REALLY sick.
For those of us that have hit bottom HARD with out autoimmune disease being sick may be worse than death, at least it is for me.
All of my symptoms I explained away… due to a possible Hashimoto’s flare, not eating enough X, eating too much X, ect.
I did have a CO2 detector, but in another room. The worst of it was in my bedroom at night while I was sleeping.
Here were my symptoms:
Headaches, brain felt “dry”, nausea, not able to sleep at night, SUPER groggy in the morning, fatigue, and a LOT of inflammation.
