You can stay active with simple indoor exercises that keep your body moving even when the weather says otherwise ❄️🏡 You can get your heart rate up with jumping jacks or jump rope, and running in place. And don't forget to build strength with lunge steps, small hand weights, push-ups and sit-ups. A yoga mat only takes up a few feet of space to make sure you stretch your body too! Strengthen your upper back and shoulders with this simple bent over row exercise. 💪🙂 Hold a weight in your hand. Slightly bend your knees and bend at your waist to bring your torso forward. Make sure your back remains flat and about parallel to the floor. Pull the weight towards you. Make sure your elbows stay close to your body. Slowly return to the starting position.
