This fair is such a great opportunity for this community to come together and learn how to give back to their own bodies and minds.

Sam Daniel will be the massage therapist and Kathryn Andries will be offering mini sessions of Your Astrology, for an extra price. Tana Parry with plant-based facials and reflexology with Penny McAllister.
We are so excited to share these evenings with our wellness friends.

Amazing day for Happy Hearts Working with the Penguin Plunge on Saturday! I went in holding my granddaughter’s hand. Well, we only made it ankle deep because it was quite a shock to her how cold the water was 😂 She was warned and still wanted to try it. Anyways, it was a great crowd and atmosphere, and so much fun! I always love time supporting and hanging out with Happy Hearts Working!

Happy International Women’s Day!

I am so proud of the woman I have become. I have learned so much about wellness, self care, relationships and reflexology. I hope to keep growing for the better!

I am also so proud of the women I’ve surrounded myself with - my daughter, daughter- in -law, my sisters, my niece, friends and the many, many women entrepreneurs in the wellness field.

Women should always uplift and support other women, through the good and the bad. When women empower each other, beautiful things happen!
