Last month, we celebrated Black History Month with a delicious resident choice meal! 🍽️ Enjoyed smothered pork chop over rice, paired with crispy fried potatoes, fresh greens, and warm cornbread. 🌽 It was a heartfelt tribute to the rich culinary heritage that brings us all together. What an unforgettable day! 🎉 We kicked things off with the epic staff vs resident wheelchair races, and it was full of laughter and friendly competition. 😂 But it didn’t stop there! We ended with the staff vs staff showdown, and let's just say there may have been a little “creative” racing going on! 😉 Everyone left with smiles and great memories. Can’t wait for the next event! 🏆
