Waking up in the middle of the night?
A natural awakening at the end of a sleep cycle. Our sleep occurs in approximately 90-minute cycles, and there is often a brief arousal after the completion of a cycle. If you are awake for more than 3-5 minutes, you will likely remember the awakening. Good news! If this occurs with consistency, it can mean that you are supporting the reliability of your circadian rhythm. Having trouble sleeping? Contact us at 618-656-7157 to figure out what your next steps might be.
