This Therapy Thursday we’re looking at 3 exercises Dr. Matt would never do…if he didn’t want to get too strong, too stable, and seriously reduce injury risk.🏋️
We’re talking about:
🔥 High plank taps — Core gets too strong too fast.
🔥 Lateral heel taps — Single-leg stability disappears overnight.
🔥 Scapular retractions — Back pain and poor posture? Never heard of them.
