Therapy Thursday 🏃♂️
Running is a series of controlled single-leg landings. If you can’t control one leg, you can’t control your stride.
Single-leg stability improves balance, coordination, and joint control at the hip, knee, and ankle which are all key for efficient running and reducing injury risk.
This week we’re building the foundation. Next week, we build strength.
If you’re dealing with nagging aches or want to improve your running mechanics, schedule with Dr. Matt and let’s keep you moving.
