This Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to launch our Toy Drive in support of Moms on a Mission, an incredible organization serving vulnerable families in our area. 🎁💙
Every child deserves a gift under their tree on Christmas morning, and together, we can help make that happen. ✨

Welcome to Vive Yoga Studio! We are excited to introduce you to the newest yoga studio in Glen Carbon, Edwardsville and the St. Louis Metro East! Vive Yoga Studio officially opened their doors on June 12th, 2017!
Vive Yoga Studio’s Vision
Alexis Young and I (Felice Anthony) are new found friends and business partners. We were brought together because of our love for yoga. When Dr. Andrew Unfried opened his new Chiropractic office in Glen Carbon, IL he had a vision to open his building to others that shared his passion for health and wellness. We were all introduced through mutual friends and soon began plans to open a yoga studio inside Unfried Chiropractic and Wellness Center.
Alexis and I come from different yoga backgrounds, however our passion for yoga is the same. We’ve always dreamed of opening a yoga studio in order to share yoga, mindfulness and wellness with the greater community. An opportunity finally presented itself and we could not be more grateful. It has taken several months of hard work and planning to make Vive Yoga Studio a reality. We are excited to officially open our doors to the public!
Vive Yoga Studio Class Offerings
The foundation of Alexis’ yoga studies are based in Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a very traditional yoga style with an emphasis on alignment and breath. The foundation of my yoga studies are based on a western style of yoga; Power, Vinyasa Flow and Hot yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing dynamic sequence of poses which focus on linking breath to movement. With this broad range of study we are able to offer an array of yoga classes that fit each individual’s needs. Currently we offer Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Power Yoga, as well as Children’s classes. This is just the tip of the iceberg and we look forward to expanding our yoga class offerings to meet your needs. We look forward to practicing yoga with you in Edwardsville for many years to come. Your first 2 weeks for $20 UNLIMITED!
