🔥 Melt with Faith 🔥

Faith first discovered her love for Melt in high school, using it as a way to stay connected to movement as a three-sport athlete. Now a few years later, that passion has come full circle—as she’s leading the way in the hot room! She’s a certified Pilates instructor through The Sanctuary Wellness Space under the guidance of Alli Bradley, with additional in-house training right here at Melt. Outside the studio, Faith is entering her senior year at Wilkes University, majoring in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Reading. She also serves as President of the Education Club and a Social Media Ambassador for the University. She believes Pilates is a powerful practice that seamlessly combines strength, endurance, and mindfulness, and for that she is forever grateful to have in her life. Faith is passionate about creating empowering, fun classes that leave you feeling strong and confident both in and out of the hot room!
