Meet Jessie ✨

Outside the studio, Jessie’s usually out hiking at Pere Marquette, grabbing a patio drink with friends, or painting when she gets some downtime. 🎨🌿

Her go-to move? The shoulder bridge—she loves how it opens up the spine and all the ways you can modify it depending on what your body needs.

Lynsey Tedesco

Go-to music for class?
Lynsey’s playlists are a mix of rap, alternative rock, and indie. She loves finding songs you wouldn’t normally think to work out to, but they still have a good beat. You’ll definitely hear artists like The Weeknd, Glass Animals, Tame Impala, Post Malone, and always some Bad Bunny.

Coffee order ☕️
Cold brew with a little oat milk and honey, and most of the time she adds an extra shot of espresso.

Hobbies outside of work?
Outside the studio, Lyndsey loves hiking, camping, photography, cooking, and traveling with her family. She also spends a lot of time at her kids’ games: soccer, baseball, track, and basketball. And she’s a big Harry Potter fan.

Favorite Pilates move?
It’s a tie between Teaser and the core series.

Lynsey has been a Barre and Pilates instructor since Fall 2025. She got into it after seeing how much Pilates and barre helped her both mentally and physically, and she wanted to be able to give that same experience to others. She’s also starting her Pilates equipment certification this May!
