💗 Happy International Self-Care Day 💗

Let’s get one thing straight:

SELF CARE IS NOT
🧼 a quick shower while the baby cries
🍽️ eating leftovers over the sink
😴 a nap with one eye open
🧹 cleaning the house “because it helps you relax”
🙃 surviving on caffeine and vibes

That’s survival, not self-care. 🫠

✨ Real self-care is giving yourself permission
To pause.
To breathe.
To not be afraid to ask— for help, for time away, for what you need,

even when it feels hard. 🤍

Taking care of your mental health makes you a better mom—not a selfish one. 💞

You deserve rest, joy, and moments that are just for you.

You are doing amazing—and you deserve support that helps you feel that, too. 🌸

💥❌ Momentum's Monthly Myth-Buster is BACK! 💥❌

Let’s talk about a BIG one: Waking Up to Pump.

We hear this all the time 👉🏾:
- “If I don’t wake up to pump every few hours, won’t it hurt my supply?”
- "I wake up in the middle of the night super full and uncomfortable so I have to pump because baby is sleeping still."

Mamas, your body is amazing — and it's allowed to rest. 😴💕 💤

Read on to bust this myth and reclaim your sleep with confidence! 💪🏽✨

🔎 Health Awareness Check In:

While babies are born with the instincts and reflexes needed to feed, they don’t always have the coordination to achieve a deep, effective latch right away — especially in the early days when breastfeeding is mother-led.

The type and length of your delivery, as well as any interventions used, can influence how well your baby’s reflexes work and how you feel physically and emotionally during feeding.

None of this is your fault — and you're not alone. 💛

Getting support early can make a big difference in your comfort, milk supply, and overall experience. We support motherbaby from day 1 of life and beyond.

🤱 We’re here to help with gentle, evidence-based care for you and your baby.
