SELF CARE IS NOT
🧼 a quick shower while the baby cries
🍽️ eating leftovers over the sink
😴 a nap with one eye open
🧹cleaning the house "because it helps you relax"
🙃 surviving on caffeine and vibes
That's survival, not self-care.🫠
✨Real self-care is giving yourself permission
To pause.
To breathe.
To not be afraid to ask- for help, for time away, for what you need,
even when it feels hard.
Taking care of your mental health makes you a better mom-not a selfish one.
You deserve rest, joy, and moments that are just for you.
You are doing amazing-and you deserve support that helps you feel that, too.
