It’s time to go BACK to school! Children and teens are beginning to experience back and neck pain at younger ages, and the use of overweight backpacks is a significant factor. You can protect your back by following these easy tips:
1) Always use both straps and make sure they’re snug
2) Avoid sagging the backpack
3) Limit the weight of the backpack to 10-20% of the user’s body weight

I wanted to take a moment to congratulate Lainey on her one-year anniversary at our practice! We really appreciate all the hard work you put in to make our office a fun and welcoming place for our patients. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, calling insurance companies, taking care of our office plants, or even dressing up as Pitbull for Halloween, you’ve always gone above and beyond!
