I feel like this is appropriate for the cool day! Seriously so yummy and nourishing! Once you get past the feet 😂 you can reap all the benefits! It’s a great source of collagen, magnesium, calcium, glutathione, glycine and more! These great nutrients can heal the gut, promote joint health & healthy skin, boost your immune system, help with tissue regeneration, detoxification, boost brain health and help boost your mood and help you sleep.
