I feel like this is appropriate for the cool day! Seriously so yummy and nourishing! Once you get past the feet 😂 you can reap all the benefits! It’s a great source of collagen, magnesium, calcium, glutathione, glycine and more! These great nutrients can heal the gut, promote joint health & healthy skin, boost your immune system, help with tissue regeneration, detoxification, boost brain health and help boost your mood and help you sleep. Anyone else tired of your hangry kids coming home from school and ransacking your pantry? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Knowing this was going to happen, and that we were also crunched for time before heading off to dance, I stopped the girls dead in their tracks with this bright and fun snack board! A mix of protein, fats and fiber to fill them up and give them energy! 💃🏼 Let me tell ya, it was a hit! Here’s what I threw on their board this time! Raisins, peanut butter, celery sticks, cheese, turkey rolls, raspberries, crackers! Would your kids love this or still head for the pantry?
