This week we are continuing our handwriting and fine motor series, today let's talk about PRE-WRITING WARM UPS!

Pre-Writing Warm-Ups! Here are some fun tips!

Finger + hand exercises:
👉 Finger push-ups on the table
👉 Finger stretches & wiggles
👉 Squeezing soft balls or clothespins

Big arm movements:
👉 Tracing shapes on vertical surfaces (wall easel)
👉 Drawing big lines & circles in the air

"I recently earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Maryville University in May.
