Join our free breastfeeding and pumping support group led by **Jacque Ordner, BSN, RN, IBCLC**. This group is designed to offer a welcoming, judgment-free space for moms to connect, learn, and feel supported throughout their feeding journey.

Whether you’re:

* Pregnant and preparing to feed your baby
* Breastfeeding, pumping, or combo-feeding
* Returning to work
* Looking to connect with other moms

—you are welcome here.

Each session includes peer discussion, evidence-based education, and guidance from an experienced IBCLC. This is a **non-clinical, non-billable peer support group**, and individualized medical care is not provided during sessions.

📍 Location: Milk Guide Lactation - 400 N. Keller Dr, Effingham, IL
🕒 When: 1st & 3rd Mondays of the month, 6pm-7pm
💲 Cost: Free
👶 Babies welcome

**Registration encouraged but not required.**

If you’re looking for individualized lactation care, private insurance-covered consultations are available separately.
