This afternoon at Glenwood Assisted Living of Effingham, we enjoyed a wonderful time of snacks and stories with friends. 💛
Our residents brought out special items from their past or shared memories of favorite Christmas gifts, and we spent the afternoon reminiscing, laughing, and learning more about one another.
It turned into a fun “show and tell” — adult edition — filled with meaningful memories and sweet conversations. Moments like these remind us how special our Glenwood family truly is. ✨

From making homemade goodies with love to coming in on her day off just to play dominoes with our residents, Emily’s heart for service shines brightly. ❤️

🎅🍪 Cookies with Santa at Glenwood Living of Effingham 🍪🎅

We had such a magical time at our Cookies with Santa event with our residents, friends, and family! Santa Claus stopped by to spread holiday cheer, enjoy delicious cookies, and take time with everyone who attended.

Just when we thought the fun couldn’t get any better… we had a special surprise visit from the Grinch! 💚🎄 He had a blast playing with our residents, spreading laughs, and passing out Christmas presents. By the end of the day, we’re pretty sure the Grinch’s heart grew at least two sizes larger!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this day so joyful and full of holiday spirit. Moments like these truly make our community feel like family. ❤️✨
