⛳️ Stretch It Out Before You Tee It Up! ⛳️
A good golf swing starts with a body that’s warmed up and ready to move. Try these simple stretches before hitting the course to improve mobility, loosen tight muscles, and help prevent injury:
✅ Neck Stretch – Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold 15–20 seconds each side.
✅ Tricep Stretch – Reach one arm overhead, bend the elbow, and use the opposite hand to gently press it down. Hold 15–20 seconds each arm.
✅ Shoulder Stretch – Pull one arm across your chest and hold with your opposite arm. Hold 15–20 seconds per side.
✅ Dynamic Chest Opener – Open your arms wide, squeeze your shoulder blades back, then bring arms forward to hug yourself. Repeat 10–12 times.
✅ Dynamic Back Stretch – Place hands on your hips and gently arch backward, then return to neutral. Repeat 8–10 times.
✅ Mid-Back Turns – Cross arms over your chest and rotate side to side, keeping hips stable. Repeat 10–12 each direction.
✅ Knee Circles – Stand with feet together, hands on knees. Slowly make small circles clockwise and counterclockwise. 10 each way.
✅ Hip Circles – Place hands on hips and rotate your hips in a circular motion. 8–10 circles each direction.
✅ Toe Touches – Stand tall, hinge at your hips, and reach toward your toes (don’t force it). Hold 15–20 seconds.
💡 A few minutes of stretching = better swings, smoother movement, and less risk of aches after 18 holes!
