Join us for an evening of music, mantra and heart-centered connection - Kirtan Circle Sunday, February 1 at 6:15 pm.

Kirtan Circle is a shared practice of devotional chanting and sound.

Kirtan is a form of musical meditation that invites everyone to participate through call-and-response chanting, singing, or simply listening and feeling the vibration of sound. No musical or singing experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to share in community.

Together, we’ll explore a few simple mantras and songs, each introduced with meaning and guided gently so all can follow along. Sheet music and lyrics will be provided.

Our evening will close with a soothing sound healing meditation, followed by tea, conversation, and camaraderie.

All are welcome — come as you are, sing if you wish, and simply feel the vibration of community and devotion.

Sensory Play is an unstructured hour of sensory stimulating play utilizing our yoga hammocks and other sensory toys including hopper balls, a tunnel and sensory stepping stones. Kids can swing, sway, cocoon, or hang in our kid friendly space. A teacher will be on site to suggest movements, but participation is optional. Everyone will be encouraged to explore! At least one adult caregiver must attend to supervise child. Recommended age is 4 to 8 years old.

This class is a calming, restorative midweek pause designed to help you unwind and recalibrate. This specialty class blends long-held Yin postures with intentional breathwork to release deeply stored tension in the connective tissues and create space in both body and mind.

We close with 20 minutes of immersive sound healing, allowing vibrational tones to wash over you and support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner stillness.

A gentle yet powerful reset for your week—nourishing, grounding, and rejuvenating.

Take a moment for yourself and practice a bit of self care. Sign up for 1 hour of uninterrupted reading and relaxing in a yoga hammock. One whole hour of no one asking where their socks are or what's for dinner - doesn't that sound blissful! We suggest using that hour to read, but how you use the time is completely up to you as long as it is nearly silent.

The first session of Social Reading Club is this Wednesday at 6:30 pm! Spend an hour relaxing with your current read in or supported by a hammock. This is a donation-based event.

Sensory Play is this Saturday at 10:15 am! Bring the kids to play in our hammocks and with sensory toys. Recommended age for Sensory Play is 4 to 8 years.

And, join us for mindful movement Monday through Thursday at 5:30 pm!

A weekly practice designed to be gentle—but not easy, this class invites you to slow down while still challenging both body and mind. Through mindful movement, we explore how breath and flow can work together to soften tension and cultivate presence. Postures will be held with intention, creating space for release, resilience, and the kind of discomfort that leads to growth.

Each week includes meditation to help dissolve judgment—toward yourself, your body, and your experience. As we develop greater awareness, we also strengthen our capacity for accountability: noticing our thoughts, actions, and emotions with honesty and compassion.

This is a supportive space for learning, feeling, and becoming more fully awake in your own life. Gentle enough for beginners, meaningful enough for seasoned practitioners, and deeply transformative for anyone willing to meet themselves on the mat.

We keep it low and slow in this class! This stretch and relax class is a slow-paced, accessible style of movement, that focuses on relaxation, flexibility, mindful movement, breathwork and stress reduction. Most movements and postures will be done from seated, kneeling or reclined and many will be supported by props. Stretch and Relax is suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or anyone seeking a calming practice.
